OUR RATING PROCESS

PLATINUM – Platinum Member Rating is an EXCELLENT rating. It is the highest rating that can be achieved. Excellent rating gives reference to the Organization's services having an excellent track record for providing strong performance with minimal complaints & problems, and its performance indicates superior service relative to other organizations with comparable costs. While past performance is just an indication - not a guarantee - we believe this organization is among the most likely to deliver superior performance relative to other organizations. At the same time, "Platinum" should not automatically be construed as a "buy" rating inasmuch as even the best services can possibly decline in any market. At this time and from previous track record shown, we believe this organization is among the least likely to have complaints and problems arise in the future. Platinum is earned through the process of upholding an Excellent standard of Success rate, no discrepancies with State or local guidelines, Excellent level of support availability, Excellent cost to quality services, with several financing options.


GOLD – (Platinum Member Pending) – Gold Member rating is a Good rating achievement. Good rating gives reference to the Organization's service having a good track record for delivering a balance of performance opposed to any possible risks. While the performance of any service is subject to change, we believe that this organization offers a good service, with a good projection for outperforming other organizations that are rated lower than Good or that are not rated at all. However, "Good" should not automatically be construed as a "buy" rating since even good services can possibly decline in any market. Gold is earned through the process of upholding a Good standard of Success rate, discrepancies that have been Resolved within the past 6 months with State guidelines, Good level of support availability, Good cost to quality services, with few financing options.


SILVER – (GOLD Member Pending) – Silver Member Rating is a Fair Rating achieved. Fair rating gives reference to the comparison between performance and risk, the typical outcome for the Teen Help Provider’s services are about average based on its track record. Thus, we feel it is neither a significantly better nor a significantly worse service than most other common teen help services that are rated at a SILVER approval. Silver is earned only through the process of upholding a Fair standard of Success rate, average amount of discrepancies with State guidelines that are still in the process of being resolved, Fair level of support availability, acceptable cost to quality services, with limited financing options.

* Note:  Any organization in the teen help industry earning below a Silver Member Rating will not have our “Certified Emblem of Approval” or will not appear on this website or any affiliated website with relation to Certified Teen Help Organization, LLC.  In short, there is no particular advantage to investing time in a organization rated lower than SILVER, unless you believe that its future risk or gains in comparison to the services provided will change.
