Certified Teen Help Organization has been in the creative process for years in bringing a service that is fair, cost effective, and helpful for both consumers and providers in the teen help industry.

Our team of members and professionals who have helped Certified Teen Help Organization come about include parents, consultants, and advisors who are familiar with the teen help industry in resolving a consumer's concern as well as providing services.

We have provided a platform where credible teen help providers and consumers can meet. Consumers can search the credibility of a certified provider, along with all the necessary detailed information about them. Certified teen help providers are provided information on consumers with whom their services fit. All of this is accomplished and initiated from a stand point that is fair and effective.

Certified Teen Help Organization's mission is to empower Teen Help Providers in giving them the opportunity to raise a "Flag of Credibility" that parents and professionals can easily see. While at the same time allowing parents & professionals to verify this "Flag of Credibility" for any Teen Help Provider that is certified. As each Teen Help Provider informs parents and professionals of their credibility from the facts we gather, we then provide this information to Consumers in a way that allows any information on a Teen Help Provider to be easily updated and accessible in displaying credibility, to distinguish their services from others that may not be credible.

Provider Services:

Emblem Verification - When a Provider is certified through the Certification process, a Rating is earned. Your rating lets everyone know that you are certified, but also gives them the ability to get information that will be needed to make a decision on your services or product. This process allows a consumer to feel comfortable knowing they can verify your Emblem Rating. Consumers and other Professionals are more confident in a Certified Provider that they can verify. Improval Guide - A service that is developed through the certification process, which gives insight to specific questions and information that was graded lower and needs improvement. This is made available in a member's login area, to help them work toward a Platinum Rating to provide greater services and standards to Consumers and other Professionals, while giving them greater services for working toward a higher rating. This is made available to all Certified Teen Help Providers.

Marketing Tools & Education - As a certified Provider Member, marketing tools and opportunities are provided. These tools allow Certified Providers and Professionals to be matched up with what a Consumer is looking for, as well as what a Certified Provider offers in relation to services or products. Certified Provider Member Login Privileges - Once your organization is certified, you will have your username and password issued to you. This gives you the ability to login to your Member Login area. In your login area, a world of opportunities, services, and privileges are offered. Only certified provider members have access to use the services and privileges in this area. All consumers and professionals that use www.cthorg.com will have direct communication with certified provider members through the login areas. Consumer Services:

Provider Emblem Rating - A service provided to all World Wide Web consumers from CTHORG.com and from every certified provider. Any certified provider that has a Certified Teen Help Organization "Emblem of Approval" will have a Platinum, Gold, or Silver rating placed on the home page of their web site. To verify the authenticity of the "Emblem of Approval" on a certified provider's web site, just click on it, you should be led to their "Emblem Verification" page. No more second-guessing the credibility or standards of a teen help provider. This service provided to consumers is absolutely FREE.

Consumer Login - Social Search & Chat - Our Social Search allows a consumer to set up their personal account & search a certified provider, share information, stay organized in their searching process, easy access convenient to their availability, and chat with other consumers as well as member providers. Our Chat platform is provided for both Consumers and Certified Providers to communicate using audio, video and/or text chat. This makes it easy according to each users comfort level. We provide IM for personal chat communication in either text or web cam access for a personal setting with direct one-on-one communication. All of this is provided to a consumer absolutely FREE of charge.

Full Reports - Our Full Reports can be ordered by any Consumer or Professinal wanting to know detailed information about a certified provider. Our provider's offer their information which is substantiated by other unbiased 3^rd parties. These other 3^rd parties include agencies such as state and local entities, health departments, licensing departments, and the CTHO Review Department which is made up of all Consumers that sign up for a Consumer Account. The Consumer Account is FREE. In your Consumer Account you have the ability to look up a certified provider, talk with them through an Audio/Video/or Text Chat system. You can also Order any certified providers Full Report. If there are any injustices that are not followed through by a provider, you can File a Complaint in the Consumer Login area. Our Review Department only reviews the information; they are not a substantiating entity or agency. This gives a consumer the ability to see what information has been collected, and how credible the certified provider is with whom from have ordered the Full Report from.

Get Help Now - Our Get Help Now form is used by consumers that need direction with knowing "who" can help them based on detailed information they submit. The criterion of how we figure out where a consumer's inquiry should go is handled through a cross of elimination, with every question answered based on the information they provide. Most of the questions answered lead to a cross of elimination effect. Leaving only the possible services that fit each consumer's request. A wonderful service that is absolutely FREE for consumers.
